I was at the AGM and got the impression BGL is preparing for some rapid growth.
I can't remember any specifics and the board said they couldn't say anything because of asx rules.
Sorry I can't offer more than that.
I would assume the $4mil EBITDA doesn't factor in a CVA takeover as the takeover hasn't yet occurred.
