You will note that the figure used on page 20 is represented by a cube. Therefore 1000 x 10 cubed(1000) = 1 million. 1 million x 10 cubed(1000) = 1 billion. 1 billion x 10cubed = 1 trillion etc etc.
The 10 used is not a multiplier in itself i.e. multiplied by 10, it is 10 cubed, 10x10x10 (1000). That "language" is common practice for conversions and would be well understood in the industry.

I recall that the "recoverable gas" numbers actually came from BPT some weeks ago from initial testing of Wakefield, Encounter and Holdfast. But, don't suggest that they are "made up". fair go.
Don't be so picky occam, get in before you miss the boat. Imagine what you will sound like then????
Anyway, the market seemed to be a bit positive about it. Actually moved upwards for once.
