I think the only point we diverge on is the when/what for. It wouldn't make much sense to do a "corporate activities" raise if they can squeeze EPA passed public consultation with current funds. Once passed that milestone they can just cut the rubbish and go for that sweet sweet capex raise, the big one... debt or otherwise.

there are also the odd grants applied for and the 35 million oppies that can be converted (assuming they are in the money). with any luck we are talking months to bridge and not years....

However, i'll concede that another high burn quarter with no progress and there will definitely be a corporate activities raise. i think its just too early from my position to call, but will know for sure at the next quarterly.
