Well if they used the same firm as the $800m Teva deal they got Sh&@;^# T advise. This is $8m for a qtr. You can go back the previous 30 quarters and it has never been anywhere near that amount. We also paid $40m in transactional fees for sale of Metrics. I would think this included due diligence and legal. My point is as stated it is growing. I stand by this. What the hell will annual costs be should this continue at similar rates?
