I made this mistake once before. I would guess that the offer will be oversubscribed, and the higher the share price at the close of the offer, the more likley everyone will be rushing to take the full amount on offer, which will increase the scale back.
Everyone likes easy money. I wouldn't look to sell anything until I had an allocation of shares to go off you may find even if you subscribe for the full amount, you get 20% of what you asked for and a massive refund cheque.
