Why has nobody commented on the fact that PH is noted in this presentation as a Non-Exec. Chair (4 October), yet there was an announcement on 6 October ("Final Directors Notice") saying that PH is longer a director with effect from 2 October?
This would mean PH was not a director when this presentation was issued. Additionally, there was no announcement that he resigned as director, other than this "Final Directors Notice" that nobody seems to have picked up on.
What's the story?
A currently ex-holder with a keen interest in this project getting up.
