It is very clear that when a company starts selling its assets to reduce its borrowings, it is in trouble and the end is near. Poor management has been the main problem from the very beginning. A takeover is the best thing that can happen, where a new experienced investors should be able to buy up the company and boot the old board out. This will offer hope to existing shareholders or else all will be lost.
