Highly unlikely Noturfault.

Now that RNU has objected to EGR's patent application, IMO this will delay any offtake agreement being progressed due to the possibilities of RNU need to alter its process to avoid any breached to the patent.

I am also surprised RNU hasn't provided any information for their patent objection, it has been 3 weeks since the objected, the recent announcement suggested they had all the material to provide to EGR.

BTW, why do you think RNU would sign an offtake agreement with RNU prior to it successfully obtaining all of its regulatory approvals for the PSG facility which has no site location, or the mine, which is still needs the final PEPR approval.

I really wonder if MRC's munglinup project (Western Australia) will receive its final approval before RNU will.
