Just been reading on Street Talk that neither Viburnum or Investors Mutual are happy with the bid and with a 90% acceptance condition, they have to be onside.
The danger is that CAJ increases the cash component in order to win them. Now maybe they always intended to - who knows, but extra debt is not a great start.....Anyway time will tell how this plays out.
