You really have to wonder what they were thinking. The merged company actually looks fantastic and would deliver great value (if it is integrated and run well). However a hostile takeover seems a step too far - doesn’t look like it is impressing anyone all that much and 90% looks impossible to get.
They haven’t even sent in an official bid 10 days after announcing it - so what is it all about? Makes sense to someone I suppose.....People backing it like Wilson are cluey investors so what were they thinking. And as for Rothschild being involved with Imed and CAJ - that is just plain strange.....
