Also they don't own Jupiter, Redcliffe, and the Mt. Morgan's Mill. DCN do, and the takeover attempt by GMD of DCN has stalled at around 76%. Kin / Delphi have a blocking stake. It is all there in the fine print (footnote and appendix) but you have to admire the audacity I guess. The DCN takeover would have been a triumph for GMD, but it imho is vanishingly unlikely to get the remaining shares at anything like the offer price.
"Genesis mining services" ... does that even exist? How exactly will it overcome the shortages and cost blowouts affecting other producers?
