A absolutely sad day indeed . The gold company that it was to the direction which it's heading is nothing short of a total disaster. Over 100 years of production ,and saved not too long ago to reward it's true believers for some sunshine in the future has been thrown away. This deal is not in the interest of SBM shareholders.!!!!! It reeks of opportunism, pathetic BOD, Giving away such a valuable asset with enormous potential, is nothing short of criminal. GMD has nothing to offer SBM .If possible tell our BOD no way ,NO deal .
