Hi there bikemad, You are right about the Board; yet I referred to the "team" and included the CEO too without mentioning that. See the link just below for that page.
They peaked in early 2008 over $5 and slid to under 10c on the Simbiri debacle which was 98% down. I was shocked to see how far they recovered after that; and note they recovered the old highs but still remained 7x higher than those lows to the bottom this year.
I also believe, that the rot started back at Simberi - and at the same time I admit I lost interest by the time Atlantic came along. I looked from a greater distance by then. I will take a closer look at that deal so thanks for calling me out on that. I am not your enemy and am not attacking SBM or adding to any loss you are suffering. I am merely looking for the truth to cover so I try to get my head around this.
I also note they let KOTH slip, and that was mostly before this Board. Semantics I know and SAR let that slip too. I see you are unhappy, and can't blame you for feeling disenfranchised. I hope you see a better offer or a full recovery under GMD if they succeed. This whole deal is messy in my limited view at this stage.
