Float another company so we can pay another bunch of BOD and managers to do the same thing!!!
Hey, then they can raise equity and dilute ordinary shareholders.
Then issue some bonus options for doing nothing as well.
Sounds like a graet idea for wealth transfer from the ordinary shareholder to insiders.
