I just bought in today, at 2.3 cents and now wishing I had read this forum before investing in AEV. I too had a feeling after reading the more pertinent announcements from around 2010 onward, that management was not very efficient. However, the allure of this potentially multi-decade project proved to be a little too much, hence I dived right in.
After reading about the disappointing sale of our Senegal assets as well as our share in JDC (renamed since then), I took special note of the fact that despite selling our minority share in Novaphos, we still retained our right to the exclusive licencing of use of IP in Australia
@Amused observer does raise some valid points in his post regarding the continuing validity of this licence.
Now, to come to the crux of my point, I too read the presentation, and after reading about attempting to leap into the LFP technological sector, I shook my head in amazement, and proceeded to email Brett.

After reading your ASX announcement dated 10-Mar-2022, I have a query in regards to the next steps for our Wonarah phosphate project as detailed on the 11th slide of the presentation.
A scoping study is to be conducted, focusing on a Thermal Phosphoric Acid Plant (TPAP), whose output would be used for LGP batteries as well as fertilizers. My query specifically relates to whether or not, AEV would use a staged approach with intermediate stage revenues providing support for the next stage.
To clarify, for example, if stage 1 focussed on purely being able to produce a marketable product, 70% superphosphoric acid (SPA) (vide your announcement dated 28-Nov-2011) whose revenues would then support two divergent stages 2a and 2b.
Stage 2a could be manufacturing of primarily Ammonium Polyphosphates or even DiAmmonium phosphate (DAP).
Stage 2b could potentially be manufacturing of LFP CAM for the burgeoning LiB sector.
Is this the approach Avenira would take? Any details on the approach in relation to your presentation, would be highly appreciated by the market, as it currently seems we are embarking on a completely new market of LFP CAM, while we already have spent a lot of funding on studies relating to SPA, and to the average investor, would appear to be low hanging fruit with a ready market, mature technology and more readily funded by financial institutions.
