As I understand it, (a) it is all about scale and (b) the early customers are on early adopter rates.
For each site they only receive an invoice into system for that site (so "managing the site" is trivial exercise). In addition to eliminating paperwork, they also save significant energy costs across the sites.
It's a gangbusters business model at scale.
