Very smart post - saw the same thing - massive shorting on open on both those days causing investors to panic (or disgust) sell before massive buying for the stock to close only modestly down on both instances

I need to eat some **it pie as I thought Dargues could show some upside - at that doesn't appear likely at this point
One small consolidation could be a good reduction in cash tax payable due to the write off
The seller is happy, as is the royalty holder
AMI need to now work harder to unlock some value in this asset - but yes - the real story is over at Federation
