In a way though given they have released the bad news out of cycle you would have to think, based on ususal behaviour that they have good news stashed away awaiting the quarterly.
Perhaps at this years AGM a resolution be proposed that any future aquisition requires shareholder approval as a special resolution (75% vote). I for one may not know good frm bad, but do believe this in the constitustion would give greater assurance of less flippancy with my money. Any other ideas or options around this?
Can I ask if anyone knows what this bullet point from slide 14 means... Google translate was of no help at all?
