Over time I came to accept different people have a different investment outlook. I was saying to my wife (who is an accountant) last night on HC people don't seem to do cash flows and highly uprate those who do.

Personally, I'm usually too lazy to do one but when it's a sizeable and simple play that I'm in for a while I do because i ge to ask the what-if questions. For example, I got these copper hopefuls. The price of copper didn't go up yesterday but the AUD. USD rate tanked over the last month the equivalent of going up nicely similar for gold stocks of presenting

When I asked Wayne Heilie how come they hadn't included a cash flow given the U barrels forward sols he said the board had toyed with many ways of presenting the numbers on the DFS but had decided to keep it simple. Which is true here. it depends on how the market values the Barber tonnes when the U price jumps.
