"$LOT didn't publish sensitivity analysis which impacts their credibility in my eyes. Hard to assess their NPV at different U prices. Their base case is $75/lb, higher than $PEN. When comparing at same price points, NPVs are very comparable which gives $PEN 2x bigger upside"
