Three accountant and one lawyer on board of mining company and you expecting a miracle from this management? ..lol
shine lawyer don't have engineers on board and same is story for most financial institution so why waste board space with 3 account and one lawyer? Get someone from RIO or BHP with engineering background with 40 year + experience and see how they turn around the ship in my opinion... !
What would 3 account contribute to mining engineering and operations? Book keeper & CPA should be hired as employees or consultant if required in my opinion.
