Well 8 picture under one title says it all and it is the issue in particular you lack that experienced engineering judgement diluted by Account and lawyer with absolutely no educational background on engineering and chemical process.
this company direction will change if board is made of engineers only (mining and electrical and chemical and mechanical in particular in my opinion) obviously hire employee with legal and accounting background to file tax and look at contracts ... IMO.
