Yeh they raised 21m this in Feb last year for ALK.

I'd say with the stock price falling yesterday to 95cents, this would have been leakage of the news about a capital rasing. Now this report is out the stock has rallied back up.

Usually with lowly regarded research reports the last page disclosure is the most important part of the report.

I like ALK for trading, I don't actually fundamentally buy into the rare earths bubble. Less than $10b worth of rare earths are sold each year, LYC and Moly corp have a combined market cap of around $5b, they have no market share and have no earnings..
