Although I'm not entirely sure of the quality of underlying data, UUUU looks to have a fairly high level of recorded short sales which maybe one might need covering. See this What is notable is (a) it would seem a fair volume was shorted post BSE 'acquisition' and remains elevated despite recent Congress driven uranium regulatory changes
BSE is still showing around 6m units short also.
