@2ic Is it possible that this announcement is an invitation to anybody with an interest in Toliara to put up another offer? As presented, it's impressive relative to recent trashy trading prices, but I'm not convinced it really reflects a risk weighted enterprise valuation of BSE and importantly, Toliara.
