I feel that this deal is an agreed shared upside deal - as in, announce the take-over at a decent premium, then Toliara gets confirm and we then both go up together.
I suspect that without confirmation of Toliara, or with negative news, the deal could be at risk.
That's my honest opinion but meanwhile I'm staying in for the shared upside.
