This is great news. This was one of the prerequisites for the deal. In the fine print it says:
"Opportunity remains subject to Energy Fuels commissioning Phase 1 of its REE separation facility at the White Mesa Mill, and then obtaining funding for and making a development decision on Phases 2 and 3 of this facility."
So I suppose the next step is the development decision on Phase 2 and 3.
