If UUUU hits $10 then why would they give you 0.026UUUU shares per BSE shares? IF that do that then they will be paying you way more (double then original offer of $5.35) then what was the original scheme and hence there is nothing stopping them to re-visit because it is the Base who needs UUUU not the other way around.
If Base get the approval for Toliara between now and July then it is also different story but likely hood of that happening due to election is bit slim compared to likely hood of no decision on approval !
