However I think it is worth taking into account when we talk about managements delays that the management has been substantially changed in the last few months, I am not sure which management you refer to. Richard CFO, Wayne PM and Travis GM all new and on the ground only last month. Victor started as CEO only late Nov last year. NST's Alan Thom's appointment was Jan this year. I am keen to let them settle in and judge them after a suitable amount of time, all IMHO.
