And imo there is no way the offer will be accepted if it goes lower to reflect the cap raising. MB didn't come down in the last shower and I would suggest he is working to find a solution which reflects LNG's predicament and WCL's lack thereof.

We don't need this deal at this juncture. If it is 65c then I would prefer to wait two years and see what gives when all the projects are scrambling to stay on track and domestic buyers are prepared to lock in contracts at $6 per gj. At current production rates we will double our revenue overnight. Casting forward 24 months with WCL pumping 60tj per day and by then Mt St martins has stacked on 500 pj of 2p, it could be worth $2.50 p.s.

I do get the feeling however that an amicable figure has been discussed..JMHO
