    This capital raising has allowed long term holders large and small to "average down".

    I recall reading someone posting 25 cents as being a good price due to the potential upside when actually 25 cents is only a tool to average down for long term holders.

    So, you would find most (large and small) shareholders average buy price in the range of 35cents - 45cents.

    Hang on, current on-market price is 40cents?
