I think that's just a conceptual schematic. PV is a pretty depleted reservoir (as TS likes to point out) and the previous successes there by CTP (PV13 and PV12) have been targeting faulted compartments that were separated from the main reservoir. That's why they flowed so well.
I assume any future drilling will target similar compartments, there doesn't seem to be much point drilling a lateral into the depleted reservoir.
