I’m assuming the 2020 H2 production start for Toliara is a typo. Should be 2021 based on their previous asx announcements.
Base seem to have allowed plenty of time in their project schedule - one would think it could be done faster given the amount of work WTR had already done. Having said that, there are other factors at play (funding etc), and the extra time allows them to get the design right without the usual stuff-ups.
