If you think RHC is over valued, that's fine. What I am saying is that your logic of using the PE of RHC relative to the market is not fine because
1. It offers a higher rate of growth than the market
2. It carries more debt than the market on average
I'm not saying that debt is a good thing but it's important to recognise that debt levels can easily change. This does affect the PE but won't necessarily affect intrinsic value.
