The beauty of markets is you can place your money on an opposing viewpoint. I have a third of my cash in gold stocks and bullion. I don't try to hide my bullishness for gold and silver.
I empathise with previous holders. The lack of performance from WGX or even gold/gold equities in general has tested my patience at times over the last couple of years. I've been one of the jaded ex holders of WGX. WGX is no swan but I see value in the stock. I'm not emotionally invested in it. If I'm wrong and gold tanks so be it. There's a point where I will pull the parachute cord and admit I screwed up. That's life. You win some, you lose some.
I hope you continue to comment on the likes of WGX Wassa. You were right on AMI, maybe you're on the money with WGX as well.
It will be a fascinating next few weeks in the equities markets. Not often do we see this kind of see sawing volatility. Maybe the volatility is indicating that a larger correction is on the way. Incredible 17 percent move on the VIX. Crazy swings on the SPX and DOW. Gold was relatively muted in comparison though the GDX was down an ugly 5%. Could be a tough day for all equities tomorrow.
