Nice announcement. I don't know if others agree with me because I know a lot of people like this for the income, but I would love to see perhaps a year or two where dividends are instead used to pay down the debt aggressively, or perhaps acquire more properties.
My rationale for this is that it would make the stock more defensive and capable to ride out bad economic times, which inevitably come sooner or later. I'm sure lots of people are here because they like it's defensive characteristics.
