I mean the macadamia plantations. They only rent out property but I'm assuming they can purchase and set up assets for rental to tenants. I'm just struggling to see high water intensive crops and cattle in very arid areas only getting worse year on year tenants may struggle to keep paying rent at some point just curious about the diversity or backup plan going forward.
