another thing RFF could do, it could sell 10% of its assets at book value, its total assets are around $2.1 billion, it could sell $210million worth and use that $210million to pay down some of that $787 million debt bringing it down to a more managable $577 million, than we can calculate the gearing again, and it would be down to about 30% from 37.5%, so they could do that, thats if asset prices stay high.

if they cut their debt their interest payment could come down, but than their divvy would have to be cut too, as they woulnt have $2.1b in assets generating income anymore but only $1.89 billion in asset generating income.
