$300k - Seems way overs to me. I'd they would be under $200k, perhaps $150k, with commissions added from there.
I have zero knowledge on the cost of a booth at a conference, and yes it was large, but over $500k? Wow. If you had asked me to take a rough guess I would have said 50k. But I am just guessing at what I would estimate without any experience in the area.
Anyway, not too long till the annual, and we can see exactly what the numbers look like.
