There is no net selling by top 20 over the last few days but there is regular net buying now.



Over the last month, other than Citicorp nominee (which I believe held the broker's stock that holds the Nov options), there has been net buying by Top 20. Top 20 holdings have increased by a net 6 mill shares in the last month despite the option holder selling.
(Citicorp nominee now includes Hong Kong Jason's holdings).



I wonder if the regular down ramping, coupled with the previous downward momentum (which I think was caused by the Nov option holder selling) has created uncertainty amongst retail. It doesn't seem to have affected the top 20 (as you would expect).
