Looking very similar to the pump last year around the same time raise was done at blue elipse stage then and forecast for this time round. Looks like a bit more petrol in the tank this time round though from whoever is the lead broker so they may be trying for 13-14s. With as many SOI as ATC has after the last few years of over promise CRs and subsequent under delivery it is no doubt hard to push it too high!
