JIMHO (and I would like others to comment as well!): IF FUNDING can be 'sorted out' really QUICKLY and IF AVL management will be progressing the whole project with the NECESSARY SPEED and PURPOSE to be MINING as quickly as possible, I see no reason why mining could NOT be started sometime during 2020. But please do take GOOD NOTE of the TWO "IF's" aforementioned !!
