my understanding of the original purchase agreement is "all exsisting resources" will be toll treated by Ni-West .....until 2018 (1 small part is 2016 I think)
so a "new discovery" is not part of the deal .......
this means MCR can market this ore (when they get around to it - after delineation drilling, mine planning, board approvals etc etc etc) to third parties .......imho - they are very likely to get a significantly better deal for any offtake - you may wish to chk the announcements from WSA (re jinshiun (spelling) offtake) .......to me it looks like WSA gets 82-82% of metal value .....
so, potentially, Cassini will be "worth" considerably more than Mittell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the "obvious" question to ask - is "is Voyce a new discovery" .......(imho - I think not.....)
again - this is excellent news for MCR shareholders ...
