Poseidon Nickel has recently purchased a large concentrator plant at Lake Johnston which is still on Care & Maintenance. It looks about 2-2.5hours away by truck and even their most optimistic plans are only for 60% or so of it's capacity.
It would be a nearby alternative to Nickel West.
