Northern Territory is dangerous territory imo. EIS approval can take up to a year to be processed, same story with native title agreements. Doesn't matter what they find, will take a decade before they are allowed to dig it up.
Check out VRM for eg, they expected to get approvals finalised late last year, Sept now and still on going despite a $2 000 000 cap raise 2 months ago to hurry things up.
