Nah - it's slowly re-rating from the June sellers back to something a little more reasonable.
other mining related specs have been doing much better than I expected so maybe the industry isn't completely in the toilet - I still think RUM cycles back to 12-14c but if sentiment in diggers continues to get better there could be value all the way to 20c
