Amigo, you give me too much credit. I would have attended the presentation, but was tied up that day. Yes @Sally_Will, I have exploration licences in NSW and I love getting out in the field which is usually once per month. I don't have any insider knowledge of GRL or any ASX companies though. I am in a much smaller leagure than those companies. Back to GRL, I've been researching the geology of the Narraburra project. Below is a copy of a part of the table given by GRL at the end of one of its reports (page 9, 18 August 2022). The kep phrase of "peralkaline granite" needs to be understood. From a bit of research, this type of granite is known for containing rare earths and rare metals. Also, the peralkaline granites often form large crystals (pegmatites) as they cool and often they can be high in either lithium or rare earth elelments. "Economically viable pegmatites are divided into Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) and Niobium-Yttrium-Fluorine (NYF) types; NYF types are enriched in rare-earth minerals." When the team reports on the assays, we will get a better idea of whether the granite at Narraburra is enriched in either lithium or niobium along with its rare earth profile. Or could it have a bit of a mixture of both? Also, it is important to know how deep the mineralisation is in the granite - the enrichment could be very deep, let's hope.
