Im not too sure on the NDA idea. I must admit, I have no alternative idea to put forward either. Im just not sure how an NDA could apply to price sensitive information if someone was doing D.D amd going throught the books. It doesnt matter if its Bob from across the road or RIO, we are all buyers on market. Information for someone and not someone else whilst the company is trading isnt legal to my knowledge. Anyone with legal background able to comment?
in any event, I have a feeling its JUICY, whatever it is causing the delay. We'll all know soon enough. Anyone not willing to wait can sell their shares to me :-D
