Well I've seen enough to be convinced. I'm reluctantly selling my DRE shares as soon as they (hopefully) release their REE announcement this week and will use the proceeds to buy more SPQ. If it's not hole 10 it's another hole not far away, either way is fine with me as if not hole 10 it gives me more time to get some more. SPQ accounts for 57% of my portfolio now and I'm looking to expand it as much as I can.
