I am of the very firm view that no-one should post on HC about a conversation with management.
The reasons?
1. It has no validity as to representation of what was said. An extreme of that is that the poster could be misleading on purpose for his or her own benefit. The other end of that spectrum is a truthful ,and also accurate, representation. I suspect though that in just about all cases the info would be mainly accurate, but incomplete as to content.
2.Regardless of what is posted though, the info is often relied upon by readers as being accurate and true. and some act accordingly. The problem is though that there is a reasonable chance that the info is unreliable.
3. Leave it up to management to disclose what is appropriate and reliable.
I ignore these sorts of posts, and you should too.
